PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DEDT 53103 is a single component, and fast curing UV curable structural adhesive designed for bonding
glass and metals to itself and to a wide variety of other substrates.

TYPICAL CURING PREFORMANCE
DEDT 53103 is cured when exposed to UV radiation of 365nm. To obtain is full cure on surface exposed to
air, radiation at 265nm is also required. The following factors can affect cure rates:
1. Cure lamp intensity.
2. Distance form light source.
3. Light transmittance of part being bonded
4. Temperature
DIRECTION FOR USE
This adhesive should be dispensed form applicators with black feed lines, For best performance bond
surfaces should be clean and free from grease. Recommended intensity for cure in an adhesive are 100mw/
cm2 minimums with an exposure time 8-10 times the fixture time at this same intensity. For tack free surface
cure as necessary in coating, potting or tacking application higher intensity UV is require.
PRODUCT STORAGE
Product should be ideally stored in a cool, dry location in unopened containers at a temperature between 46
℉ (8℃)and 82℉ (28℃)unless otherwise stated. To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return
any material to its original container.
