PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONDEDT activator 1770 is a single component non CFC solvent base product, formulated toprovide a faster cure on acicdic surfaces and cure excess DEDT cyanoacrylate adhesive outsidethe bond lines. The product is highly flammable.TYPICAL APPLICATIONSDEDT 1770 is used to increase the cure speed of DEDT cyanoacrylate adhesive. It can beeither pre-or post-applied to the bond. Apply DEDT 1770 over all exposed cyanoacrylate adhesive by spray or by drop. 一、簡介AC49 是一款厭氧膠專用底劑。用于加快厭氧膠的固化速度。二、適用范圍粘接表面為不活潑金屬、惰性表面或粘接間隙較大或需要快速固化的場合時適用。三、技術(shù)參數(shù)主要化學成分：酮有效化學成份：銅鹽&胺顏色：綠色色透明粘度：極低比重： 0.79干燥時間： 30-70s有效時間： ≤30 天具體的固化速度與所用的厭氧膠的類型及粘接材質(zhì)均有關(guān)系。以上數(shù)據(jù)均為在25℃/50±5%條件下測得。四、注意事項本品為易燃品，依據(jù)當?shù)胤蛇M行儲存及運輸。與厭氧膠分開儲存和運輸，以防使厭氧膠固化變質(zhì)。溶劑對某些塑料基涂層有腐蝕，選用前請先確認對工件無損害。五、一般性常識該產(chǎn)品不能用于純氧或富氧體系。也不能用來封存氯氣等具有強氧化性的物質(zhì)。不要將取出后的膠液倒回原包裝，以防污染原液。工作場所應通風良好，或強制通風。六、包裝鋁瓶--------------------------------1L七、儲存8-28℃下，于陰涼干燥處密閉保存，遠離火源，遠離厭氧膠。保質(zhì)期為24 個月。八、使用方法本品為厭氧膠專用底劑：先將本品涂于預接合件表面，晾干后，再在未噴底劑的粘接面涂厭氧膠，快速接合粘接件。
